If you are not satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start that process, please contact us at email hello@crochetandcrafts.co.uk
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at crochet email:
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.
For all returns, refunds, you will need the receipt of proof of postage.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hair scrunchies or gift cards.
Note – Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be held liable for. If packages are left outside after delivery during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees.
Discontinued items, clearance items, and gift cards are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
